Tuesday 5th June at the MIP’s gardens in Mouans-Sartoux was a highly jovial experience for our Albert Vieille teams and our agricultural partners. There were two objectives:
– bringing together Albert Vieille’s producers in order to promote mutual assistance via communicating and sharing agricultural and agronomic techniques, e.g. identifying crop pests, adapting an iris harvester for the stony soils of upper Hérault, etc.
– discovering the Albert Vieille organisation and the history of aromatic plants in Grasse, e.g. explaining processing procedures, our quality control, and a tour of the MIP’s gardens — a conservatory endowed with over 1,000 different aromatic plants.
This highly interactive day maintains the bond of trust that we develop with our local producers.
