Roman chamomile campaign in Italy

We have a great year for the harvest of Roman chamomile blooming from June to July. It’s currently taking place with our producers in France and Italy. Unlike the rose or orange blossom, it must be harvested in a dry environment.

Moreover we have to avoid any waste of time, so once chamomile is harvested, it’s immediately distilled still fresh to ensure the best quality. Volumes are going well this year, and yields are good despite the stormy episodes that have affected the harvest area.
